In order to maintain your new lower weight, you must first determine your BMR + activity level. Your Basal Metabolic Rate dictates how many calories you should be taking in each day just to survive. The last thing you want to do is not eat enough! The body will think you are starving and instead of maintaining, you could start to gain.
