Well thanks tom for the blip! LOL Here I was sitting on the precipice of new territory so in good hCG fashion it ended up taking me 3 days to get there! BUT...I'm there!!! I am officially the lightest I have ever been in my entire adult years!! WOOHOOO!!! 165.4lbs babé!!! LOL I'm sure I'll see some more good releases over the next couple days as tom makes it's way through. My eye is on the 150s now! WOW!!! HOLY KADDOODLE!!!! HMHUH HMM!!! Yes, I am that excited!!!! HAPPY DANCIN'!!!
Cheers! hehehe

Current weight 166.2lbs This is on the brink of my lowest adult weight!! Pretty excited :)) I started this round at 179.2lbs including my load weight so that's a total of 13lbs gone...of course I had my record high with this round for loading weight: 7.2lbs. That is still 5.8lbs off depending on how you like to work your numbers, lol. I no longer worry about the details so long as the scale continues to drop...I WILL reach my goal.
Cheers!

R5P2D6 -1 This puts me back into the 160s :)) 169lbs this morning :)) (This was also my LDW for last round) I can do this!!!
Today we are digging out the baby playpen for our chicks. They are set to be here May 31st. We have decided where they are going in the yard so that they aren't too close to anything major. I'm pretty sure my neighbors don't want to wallk out there back door to the smell of chickens below, lol. We are on a half acre so they will be about half way down the yard where my garden once grew.
The garden is being redistributed to a number of beds around the yard so that I can maximize the sunlight based on what I'm growing. Too much effort??? Probably. BUT, the kids will have lots of fun learning about growing and it will never be the same boring plot of land that needs to be, once again, weeded. This way, it doesn't matter if we are in the front or back...I (because, let's face it...it will be me doing most of the work) can always keep an eye on the kids and be getting something done. I also want to make sure there are comfort zones on both sides of the yard....so that I can always choose to read a book in the sun while the kids play too :)
Cheers!

Feeling really good this round! I had a slight headache on the 2nd day of vlcd in the morning but took a motrin and was all good. No hunger but definitely some cravings especially in the evenings....hubby gets into the mixed nuts and I could choke him! LOL I know I know....he's not on a diet nor does he need to be...I just love all the freedom of Maintenance! That's alright...May 11th will come soon enough! In the mean time...shrink body shrink!!! I'm sitting on the precipice today! 170lbs on the nose....come on 160s!! I want to push past the 160s and see the 150s!! My lowest adult weight is coming up quick....I don't remember being below about 165lbs...I can do this!
Cheers!

R5P2D3 Deja vu!!! I released another 3.2lbs :)) Oh yah!!! 0.8 of a lb and I'm done with load weight!

R5P2D2 down 3.2lbs from yesterday! Woohooo!!! Another 4lbs load weight to ditch and I'm headed back to the 160s. It seems that is a real strong set point for me....breaking below 170 that is...I did spend some time at this weight in my early 20s so no surprise. It is when I hit the 150s that I'll really be singing! I haven't seen those numbers since I was a teen!
This is going to be a good round! I have just a slight headache going on but no hunger issues. Thirsty!!! I'm sooo thirsty all the time! I'll take that as a good sign that my body needs the water quick to help flush out that fat! Yeeehaw! LOL
Doing this one day at a time and focusing on things I need to get done....like my taxes!!! .....and laundry....is there a laundry imp out there that sneaks in to our drawers...dirties up a bunch of clothes and then deposits them in our bathroom??? I swear there is more laundry than the days should be able to account for!
I'm also shifting some of my focus to the great outdoors. This year we have to seed the lawn....HAVE TO...Last year it was monsoon weather most of the summer so it was just useless to put seed down.
We also have to build a coop right quick...yes you read that right! We're getting chickens!!! They come at the end of May as all female chicks and we are keeping them inside for 2 weeks....in a playpen no less, lol. It was recommended that we do this because they are sooo small still. It is good for the kids to handle them lots so they are friendlier and get to know us. These are laying hens so I'll be looking for a male by fall. I have no idea how long it takes to get to the laying stage but probably not until next spring. Pretty exciting but now I have to get a chick-sitter for when we want to go to the lake and such. LOL The way I see it.....if it isn't working out after a couple years we can always change our mind :) We are starting with 9 so that should give us plenty of eggs!!! There is a high demand for organic eggs so if there is too much I can sell some locally. The neighbors are already interested! I don't blame them though....think of it..."Honey, I'm just going next door to get some eggs....be back in 5 minutes!" Hehehehe!!!! Too cool!
Cheers!

And here I go on my R5!!! Wow! I can hardly believe that I have got this far, lol. I know I'm not one of those that can do long rounds so I fully expected it to take me 6 rounds to get to my goal. So far I would say I'm right on track.
Load days....Like usual, I loaded hard. I tried to keep track so I could record exactly how many calories and grams of fat I was taking in but lost count when I hit supper on the first day. It was a special Swedish favorite and I have no idea just how much was in it. LOTS!!! It is made with potatoes, cooked in bacon grease and butter only to be topped with more bacon grease/butter, bacon bits, and sour cream. This dish is loaded! Before I got to that I was well over 450g of fat and about 50000 calories. I started the day with bacon, eggs, and my usual cup of 18% cream (usual for load days that is, lol!) and a raisin tart. I ate mixed nuts throughout the day. Lunch was more bacon and a blizzard (cookie dough with added chocolate flakes). I also had a Timmie's extra large with 3 cream and 3 honey crullers. I ate all these slowly! Don't try to eat full meals in a single sitting. Few bites here...few bits there....spread it out so that you are eating a little of something every 15 minutes type idea. I finished the day with rice pudding that I made with whipping cream.....I wish I had not just learned how to do that one! Man was it good!
I thought I did damage after that day....I kid you not....TMI but I did not go to the bathroom once that day....just pee! I had to see what I weighed at the end of the day and I was up 8lbs! It was pretty depressing so I don't recommend doing this, lol! The next morning I was up only 5lbs so that made me feel a bit better...still kinda freaky since I don't normally gain so much loading. I pulled myself together and set to work again.
Load day 2 consisted of Timmie's breakfast. I had a sausage/egg on a biscuit, hash browns, coffee with 3 cream and a honey cruller. Lunch was pretty close in time to breakfast so I met my brother who was on a steak day for a latte. I figured that was good timing since I didn't want to eat a bunch in front of him while he is focusing on water! LOL I hit Ava Maria's (local health food store) and picked up a 100g of raw macadamia nuts. There is 116% of your daily fat needs in that little bag! These tasty morsels were the focus of my load for the day. I'd pop a couple in my mouth ever half hour or so in the mix of everything else. I was finally able to eat a bit more come supper time and I went, as promised to myself, to Boston Pizza for my favorite BP Royal pizza and chicken wings. I had them do extra cheese too. This was also my evening snack with some nacho and cheese to finish the day.
UGH! Do I need say more????
My total load gain is 7.2lbs! (I actually thought it was going to be more after the 5lbs on the first day). My LDW from R4 was 169lbs. I maintained but binged a bit on the night before loading which landed me on 172 the morning of my first load day. This morning....179.2lbs (EEK!) It is what it is!
Time to focus on vlcd and plenty of water to flush my system as fast as I can. I am going to finish today with a smooth move tea as I feel like everything is 'stuck' in me! I feel pumped about this round! Summer is around the corner!!! Let's do this!
Cheers!

Update: Easter weekend was....well...let's say interesting! LOL I broke when hiding those darn little eggs. Between the chocolates and extravagant dinners I managed to push myself up to +5lbs LDW. I did a steak day and have been eating basically M1W2 with an allowance for 1 slice of squirley bread a day. I am now down to 2.6lbs above LDW. It has been inching down everyday so I feel on track.
There is obviously a sale tactic going on again scaring people and driving up sales...either that or lots of people had troubles with Easter too!!! :)) I will have more stock in at the end of next week or on the following Monday! There is no shortage here and the formula is the same! Don't let the buzz on the web worry you!
Cheers!

Down 3lbs and back in the safe zone :)) Yay!
I know I probably shouldn't have had yogurt today but I did! If you want to put a new twist on your greek yogurt, try adding some cinnamon! Yum yum yum!!! It's a good thing I only had a little left in the tub or I could see me getting out of hand with this one, lol.
Supper is bison steaks, bok choy, and broccoli with a bit of Braggs' liquid soy. The kids get some baby potatoes and carrots too. Normally I would also eat the potatoes and carrots but, seeing I just did a steak day, I better not push my luck.
Cheers!
