Good sunny day everyone! It is absolutely beautiful here so I don't want to spend too much time online. The lake is calling me and the kids!!!
I am currently +1.2LDW. The long weekend went well as I prepared my entire menu right down to the last calorie before hand. That said, I did a 'lipskid' on the way home when we stopped at Timmies, lol. So I did a high protein day and got back on track right away only to run smack on into my Papa's birthday cake the next day. By some miracle I was actually down a bit the next day (yesterday). I'm being a very good girl now!! 1 clean day done and 6 to go before I will allow myself any caution foods. Just to be sure that I stay on track here!

I dropped 2lbs with my steak day! Yay me :) So now I'm +1.8LDW....sitting on the edge but I know I can get it down by doing what I'm supposed to be doing....eating clean! Back on track. I did another 15 minutes on the bike this morning. Seemed harder to keep my BPM down (stuck between 140-150 BPM) but I know it is because of the cold. It just doesn't want to let up. I put vicks almost everywhere last night (throat, chest, back, feet) and was eating sugar free cough drops like candy. I found Bentasil cherry which uses sorbitol so at least no aspartame (why is this still being used??). I also drank a hot/cold drink (not sugar free) before I collapsed into a coma for the night. I feel like I actually got some sleep though!
I'm off to the lake for the long weekend. Hopefully I don't keep the whole cabin awake! I'll be bringing my medicine cabinet, lol.

Update!!! Sorry, I have been crazy busy with the kids lately. We have almost completed the chicken coop and run. Phew! Pretty excited to get those lil'chicks :)
I finished my round on day 25 at 158lbs. At the time I thought that my body was just done losing (even though I feel there is more on my tummy to go) but it turns out I'm just sick. Just...kind of an understatement! I was getting horrible dizzy spells on day 23 and 24 (hence I thought that was it for releases) but by the time I hit my last day of elimination I was hacking sick. Headaches, body aches, you name it, I got it! So, now I'm thinking that I might just do an interruption until this chest cold is gone and get back to work. We'll see how the weekend goes here (heading to the lake for a couple days) and perhaps this was exactly how this was supposed to roll. I could have done without the cold though!
I saw jumps on the scale right away this M but I'll admit.....last night was not one of my better nights...and that is being very nice to myself. Total crash and burn for me. I won't go into details on what set it all off but it ended with about 350 calories worth of milk chocolate and another 600 calories from mixed nuts (damn those add up fast!). Needless to say, my body freaked and I am up over 2lbs this morning. Which sucks because I was already over my LDW. I have 3.8lbs to get back to LDW. Steak day it is! I started today with 15 minutes on the bike. Kept
it low key (130-140 BPM). My chest cold is worse but I felt I had to get started on my workouts. Hello water! Here I come!

You know what that means!!! I'm into the 150s!!! WOOHOOO!!! Happy dancing in the house today! I'm at 159.6lbs! I can hardly believe it! I'm pushing on a couple more days so I can hit a safe range for my LDW to maintain below the 160s.
You know....I did start my hCG journey at about 230lbs but my heaviest weight was over 250lbs (I threw the scale out at that point so not sure how much above that I got). This means that in ~10lbs I will have shed 100lbs from my body! Part of me wants to cry that I let myself gain so much excess and the other part wants to celebrate that I have been so strong to come back from there to this healthy and energized body! What an experience this last year has been! This moment (making it into my healthy BMI) seemed sooo far away last April (2011) but here I am!!! 13 months later and healthy!!!

R5P2D20 -0.6 :) Hopefully tomorrow I will see the 150s! Just need 0.3 to get there....well..0.4 for it to show on my scale, lol. I think I will push on though and try to get down to 158lbs before moving back to M. That way I can maintain below 160 for the summer. This summer is all about toning and getting used to a more active lifestyle. I've been playing with the calculators and looks like I want to be working out at least 3-5 times a week so I can maintain a 2000 calorie diet. I know so many have troubles getting to 1500 but not me! There are so many good foods that I have grown to love during this process and I'm not willing to give them up.
There is also the issue of body shape. While I have taken a good bulk of my weight off, I'm still feeling not happy with my shape. I believe that I need more muscle to help define my new thinner body. Not to mention how much it will help me with strength to do all those fun activities I have skipped over the years. I want to LIVE my life....not just watch others having all the fun!
