Day....ummm...okay...R3P3D1...again, lol. I lost a battle between my willpower and 2 bags of chips and a chocolate bar and...okay runaway train the other day! So yesterday I did an egg day.
Egg day:
8-12 eggs throughout the day
allowed small amounts of cheese, butter/healthy oil, mayonnaise, and sugar free relish.
apple at the end of the day
Plenty of water

So how did I do? I ate 7 eggs and a double protein shake (I couldn't eat another egg). I didn't do a fruit but I did cook with evoo and added a small amount of shredded cheese to one of my omelettes. I also threw in a bit of onions and red bell peppers into the same omelet. I finished the day with a chocolate delight that had one mac nut in it. Not exactly how it's supposed to be done but I still managed to drop 1.6lbs :) Phew! So safe at +1.2 LDW for the moment.
Today I have been super good. I did an omelet for breakfast followed by an apple and whey shake. Lunch was cauliflower and chicken cooked in oil. I'm aiming for 1500 calories and will up it slowly over the next couple days. If I don't buckle down I won't be stable in time for Christmas loading! That's 7 weeks away so I better take care not to lose anymore time on this. Thankfully November doesn't require any major eating events. I can do this!
Cheers!

R3M1D2 (+1.2 LDW)
Yes, I am restarting my day count. Steak day went well (2 days ago now). I dropped 0.8 from it. Yesteday I made sure I got all my calories (1834) in right down to the last one. Today I was perfectly stable, yay! Tom should be here any day so I'm not surprised that I'm sitting a little high. Hopefully it drops closer to LDW after but I have learned that anything in +/- 2lb range is perfect so no worries here.

I have a new drink to share. I thought it would be a good idea to get some cranberries in my diet so I bought some fresh....well yuck! I couldn't eat them plain so I did them in my vanilla whey protein shake! I used one cup of my home made almond milk (it's in the list to the right under Categories: Almond Milk) with 50 grams of fresh cranberries. Sent it for a spin in the blender then added my 2 scoops of vanilla whey powder and 1 Tbsp virgin coconut oil. Spun it some more and I was in my glory. Nothing fancy but good for you and tastes great!
Almond Milk - 80
50g cranberries - 23
1 Tbsp vco - 120
2 scoops whey - 220
Total - 443
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do :)
Cheers!
