I had a small breakfast to start the day but the start of my day wasn't exactly 'morning'. So an egg in evoo was the best I could do. Then I made some chicken and carrot soup for lunch. I'm hoping this helps my cold. My total calories so far today is ~700. Not sure I will get another 800 in to reach the minimum 1500. I'm thinking of adding in dairy this week and hope for the best. It wasn't a problem the last 2 rounds. This would help me to get my calories in without having to eat a ton of meat (which I don't think I am capable of with this cold).

I'm so irritable and tired which is no fun for my kids :( No help tonight with the kids at the school party either so this should be interesting. I have to do so many of these events alone that I'm starting to seriously dislike all holidays. Blah. This woman needs a break!  

Something positive....I should say something positive today to balance out the whine whine....the fall leaves are beautiful. My yard is filled with them which hides the dirt ground all around our house. We didn't seed the yard yet since it was such a rainy summer for us (flash flood type rain). I don't want to rake it up because it makes the yard look so pretty :) They can stay :) I'm having a photographer come to the house some time soon and we'll be doing family photos with those beautiful leaves. I'll also do 'after' shots that I'll share on here!
