Sitting happy at 1.8 above LDW. Not complaining as it hasn't moved for awhile so I'm feeling pretty stable.
SNOW!!! My goodness it isn't stopping out there. It's only 10 below but it feels colder. Think I'll make some hot cocoa for me and the kids this evening. It's weather like this that makes me want to curl up with a good book by the fire. I won a book at the women's festival that I've been meaning to read. Perhaps this is a good day to start it. It's called The Passion Test by Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood.
Update: The week liver cleanse...meh. I stopped a day early as I was just feeling sick from it. I didn't notice any improvements of any sort. My weight didn't change either (not that I was expecting it to but that I should note it). So I don't think I will recommend that particular cleanse. I'll try a different one in a couple months.
I better get shoveling here!
