R4P2D2 184.2 down 4lbs from yesterday :)) and I'm below my preload weight after only one day on vlcd this time!!! Woohoo! So that makes total loss for this round so far at -0.6lbs. Pretty happy right now! 

Lunch was chicken cooked in water and Frank's Hot sauce on a bed of romaine lettuce. Supper will be a lean steak and asparagus steamed with fresh minced garlic. A bowl of strawberries for dessert with my melba toast should do me just fine. Water, water, water....then an evening snack of an apple and another melba
