R2P1D2 (+1.8)
Again, I will show my loss based on my preload weight. I have
to say, I regret letting myself go this last weekend because now I am just over
200lbs. Only 0.2 over but still over. I keep telling myself that I made that
choice and now it is time to let go. Move on. It will be back down before I know
it. I tried on my bridesmaid dress today with my cousin in her gorgeous gown and
another bridesmaid in her's :) We all looked great but I was swimming in mine,
lol! The lady at the shop couldn't stop laughing at me. She was giddy over my
success. I will book an appointment next week to secure a seamstress for the
week before the wedding. I just tried it on about a week and a half ago. I
haven't changed in weight save for gaining a few pounds but I guess my body is
still pulling in because the dress fit way different today. I can see that the
rolls on my back are almost gone! That was hard to type, lol. But it really does
look smoother. On the flip side (literally), now that I am on my second load
day, my stomach looks horrible! LOL No need to describe it now! Just blech.

So far I have eaten over 2500 calories with supper still to come. Honey
crullers, fries, cream, peanuts, oh my....think I might need to lay down for
awhile....
If I didn't have a time restriction on this round I would have
tried not loading and see what my body does. I'm curious, if I have already
stocked up my healthy fats with round one and healthy eating, do I even need to
load. I think there is something more to the load phase that shocks the system
and kick starts the weight loss though. So, just in case, I'm doing a proper
load.
