Second day of elimination and I'm down 1lb from last drops weight (LDW).

Not too hungry yet, so that is good. I'm making sure I take my b12 to help energy levels. I think these are the hardest days on the diet just because the mind is gearing up for the challenges of eating lots of calories again but I'm not allowed to eat yet due to the lingering hCG in my system. So I'm thinking food (evoo, almond milk, pork, flax seeds, blueberries, avocados, etc) but saying no...must... eat... only 500 calories...must... wait... 2 more days...(I hear Animal from the Muppets here lol) AHHHH! I'm good though :) 
About those no calorie noodles I bought....think I'll have to try a few more recipes with them. I'm not won over yet but we'll see how they do in a different dish. My first attempt was a spaghetti dish. I used the bison meat again with the organic, no sugar added, tomato sauce and spiced it up. The texture of the noodles are a problem for me. I prefer an al dente noodle while these are more gelatinous. Meh. I'll work on it and see what I can come up with. Pretty sure that I won't be buying them for everyday use but if I find a palatable dish then it could be nice while on vlcd. If I keep doing short rounds to get to my goal then none of the above will apply. It is just such a short time that I didn't get bored of the diet.  
So...comments please!! What does everyone think of my new site? Obviously I have a lot of work yet to go but I have a ton of recipes to sort through and put on here. I'm also working on a health and fitness page but I'm not sure I will get that published until next month. So much to do in July this year! I would love some creative criticism on how to improve and expand the site! Chime in fellow hCGers :)
