I dropped 2lbs with my steak day! Yay me :) So now I'm +1.8LDW....sitting on the edge but I know I can get it down by doing what I'm supposed to be doing....eating clean! Back on track. I did another 15 minutes on the bike this morning. Seemed harder to keep my BPM down (stuck between 140-150 BPM) but I know it is because of the cold. It just doesn't want to let up. I put vicks almost everywhere last night (throat, chest, back, feet) and was eating sugar free cough drops like candy. I found Bentasil cherry which uses sorbitol so at least no aspartame (why is this still being used??). I also drank a hot/cold drink (not sugar free) before I collapsed into a coma for the night. I feel like I actually got some sleep though!
I'm off to the lake for the long weekend. Hopefully I don't keep the whole cabin awake! I'll be bringing my medicine cabinet, lol.
