Hey all! I did it! Look to my welcome page for my before and, well, let's call it my between picture :)) So I know I'm a bit off track with my weight at 3lbs above LDW today. I blame TOM but I'm still doing a steak day. I was going to try one of the alternative correction days but I have so much to do today that a steak day will work best. I am happy to report that the sun has finally decided to visit my northern home! I wasn't sure if my raspberry bush was going to produce this year. It has been so dark I even considered taking some vitamin D normally reserved for the winter months. Yah for Summer! Amazing how connected we are to weather.
