*Phew* You have to love a good steak day :)) Down 1.2 so I'm just barely back in the safe zone here. I will eat real clean until I'm back to LDW. Breakfast this morning was 2 eggs and some zucchini. Yum! Funny how eating clean is not like dieting, lol. Just no roasted nuts and NO CHEATS (starches).
Okay, so what's with this....summer comes and I think I'm getting a cold!!! My throat is sore and I'm super tired. Boooo!!! I have to get rid of this fast. I think I will add lots of garlic to the menu, oh and oranges. That should help. 
I have started exercising too. I do about 30-45mins with my Wii a day. I love the boxing on Wii Sports. I also do some Wii Fit and and an archery one. The core exercises are the best and I hope it helps tone my arms in particular. 
I know that it has been 3 weeks now since I went into Maintenance but I don't think I'm stable enough to start adding in starches...I'm aiming for 7 more days without a steak day before I dare do, say, a pasta. Sorry, I'm really all over  the place today, lol. I think I better go eat some lunch. Have a good day everyone!
