Interesting.... I have done kale before in P2 and never had an issue. Today I've found kale noodles that are just kale and salt. Think I'll give them a try on my up coming round!

Not sure why, but when you hit a month in the Archives it brings you to the end of the month. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and hit previous until you get to April 6th, 2011.
