So far so good :) I was out hiking, hunting and packing yesterday so I had a little extra protein. I prepacked my food for the day and just brought some whey protein powder as I figured I would need it. By 9:30pm I was crashed on the couch, lol. I'm certain that I didn't drink enough water. That'll be my focus today.
Only 1.7lbs to break into the 140s!
